Omaha, Neb. (October 4th, 2021). Airlite Plastics Co. acquired Cosmetic Specialties International, LLC on October 1st, 2021, expanding its industry presence into cosmetic packaging products.
Cosmetic Specialties International (CSI), a privately held company located in Oxnard, CA, has been serving the cosmetics industry since 1978. CSI is a leading U.S. manufacturer of injection molded jars, caps, liners and closures made from both traditional plastics and recycled resins. Additionally, CSI provides end-to-end packaging services such as product design, tooling development, and in-house decorating.

CSI will continue to operate out of their current location in Oxnard with the local leadership, led by Chris Gedwed, remaining in place.
